Problem:
When installing a trough-type foundation on a pile field, a void was formed under the slab. Due to the fact that the foundation perceived dynamic loads from the press, the designers decided that it was necessary to recreate the base slab support on the base over the entire area. This solution reduces the negative impact of dynamic loads on piles.
Task:
Recreating the base slab support on the base over the entire area.
Solution:
To solve this problem, a preliminary comprehensive survey of the base of the foundation under the press machine was carried out, the results of which confirmed the loosening of the base soil and the presence of voids under the plate with a height of up to 90 cm. The technical solution involved restoring the solid foundation-ground contact by injection of GeoResin self-expanding resins under the foundation.
