In September 2014, in one of the buildings of the business center, namely, a three-story metal-frame building intended for office rental were founded subsidence signs. After survey and consultation with GeoResin ground engineering LLC works were performed using GeoResin deep Lifting technology to stabilize the soil of the foundation base.
Due to the fact that the building was already in operation, all work was performed at night, which absolutely did not affect the exploitation of the business center premises. The deadline for completing the work was 21 calendar days.
