Problem description:
Soaking of the soil of the foundation bases (due to the lack of normal drainage and insufficient width of the blind area) caused uneven subsdence of the foundations, which, in turn, caused multiple deformations.
Task:
Strengthening the soil of the foundation bases in order to increase the load-bearing capacity of load-bearing structures.
The solution:
To solve this problem, a preliminary comprehensive survey of the foundation base was carried out, the results of which confirmed the loosening of the foundation soils and the presence of weakly bearing soils under the sole of the foundations. Works on strengthening the soil of the grounds were carried out, recommendations were given on the improvement of the territory, water disposal.
